Our lab is a collaborative and dynamic community—just like microbes, we thrive together! Curiosity, scientific rigor, and enthusiasm drive our exploration of microbial life, but we also know that great science happens in an environment where people enjoy working together. We value every member’s contributions, celebrate different achievements, and find joy in both the big discoveries and the small, everyday moments in the lab. Whether we’re troubleshooting experiments, sharing ideas, or just appreciating a particularly colorful microbe, we believe that science is better when done with a sense of community (and maybe a little fun along the way).
